The cost of business

Its a fine art maintaining quality while keeping cost down. Payroll especially. In a restraunt this size theres a huge gap between feast and famine. Also reprinting the menu requires a little more tlc than anticipated but everything seems to be going well. AKA not to many gripes about the prices rising. But in our current economy I know inflation will be hitting soon (if not already here)
